Every project is planned, executed, controlled and monitored effectively by our project managers.

Project Planning

1. Generating customer requirements & validation Together with our customer we determine what their specific needs are, what should be measured/tested and in what manner. All this is done on the basis of customer input.
2. If necessary, we conduct a feasibility study in order to translate customer requirements into functional requirements that indicate exactly what should be done and how it should be done.
3. Based on these functional requirements, engineering will start the development of a first concept.
4. After the concept has been approved, we will build the final design.
5. The realised design is then subjected to an extensive testing, validation and approval procedure.
6. Official delivery takes place after the product or system has been approved by our customer.
7. Delivery is followed by the training and support phase.

Service & support

A strong service & support procedure after delivery is central to the group business philosophy.

• First if all, the customer’s operators are thoroughly trained so that they learn quickly how to work efficiently with the integrated applications.
• Secondly, the customer’s service engineers are thoroughly trained so that they acquire a full understanding of the application and are capable of taking action whenever required.
• If the customer does not have its own service team, or if the existing team would like to receive extra support, ES-International can offer telephone or on-site support.

Pricing

ES-International and CIT Engineering use an open and transparent pricing system, so that our customers always know what to expect beforehand. Our final price will not hold any surprises for you, but the quality of our work will!

1. If the customer has clear specifications and requirements, we will agree on a fixed price and lead time. If, at a later stage, the customer should have any additional requirements or would like any additional functionality, they submit a change request and a new price and lead time will be agreed.
2. the customer does not have any specifications, we will go through the project in various phases, with every phase having its own price and lead time, or we will work on a production basis.
3. The entire process is strictly monitored and is completely transparent and controllable, so that the customer always has insight into both the budget and the timeframe.
