Industrial Vision

Machine Vision is a technique which allows contactless inspection and control of products through cameras in one or more points. The recorded image can be analysed by highly intelligent software. Through this analysis, it is decided whether a product may go through or whether it has to be taken out of the production line immediately and automatically.

ES International & CIT Engineering use two different types of Machine Vision:

• Testing the presence of an object: are all the elements, which have to be part of the product (cap, label, bar code,…) present?

• Measurement of the object: in micrometers, it is measured whether the product contains the right quantity or whether the label was fixed in the right place or whether the bar code is correct, etc.

ES International & CIT Engineering also produces vision systems that smoothly combine both types.

ESI-CIT group provides intelligent software to analyse and measure products through cameras according to the standard product quality parameters. As this is completely contactless, there is no interaction with the products and measurement can be done at high speed.
