05/12/2011 - ESI-CIT Group at Precision Fair 2011 in Veldhoven (NL)

Veldhoven is situated in the center of the Dutch high-tech region and is therefore the ideal spot to organize a Precision Fair. And to participate in it. ESI-CIT group recently expanded its activities from test and measurement solutions to micro-assembly which gave ample reason for a first appearance at the Precision Fair. Kurt Hensen, Steven Dom and Arnoud de Kuijper came back with a very positive evaluation. The fair had over 3000 visitors in 2 days.
Steven Dom: ’Despite having a booth at the far end of the fair, we were kept very busy. Especially on the first day a lot of interested visitors came by our booth. Quite a few students were showing an interest in our company but also numerous potential customers. We did come home with a couple of very solid leads.’

CEO Kurt Hensen was delighted to have a large audience for his presentation on ‘Mechatronics and LabVIEW, an inseparable whole.’ which he delivered together with Peter Engelbracht of National Instruments.

Steven Dom: ‘We’ll be back next year, but then we’ll try to get a booth next to National Instruments for both parties to benefit from the undeniable synergy that exists between the 2 companies.’
