Product Inspection
Product Inspection functions on a self-developed software that is installed on the PC together with a frame-grabber and various communication cards. This way, you can choose yourself how many cameras you install. You can give each camera an own inspection function (cap, label, barcode,…) and create your own inspection system through configuration of the freely adjustable limits.
Product inspection not just checks form and position of the items, but can also measure.
One of the big advantages of Product Inspection is the independence of the supplier. You can add products yourself and have them switched automatically through a communication card. The latter can also be done manually. This system is developed in such a way that it does not only check individual items, but also combines and compares the results of the various cameras. For example, if a front label is located a few millimetres higher than usually, the back label must also show the same deviation.
