A car is a complex whole of independent components that need to work perfectly together. At ES International, we test and measure the separate systems for accuracy, safety and driving behaviour on the basis of a hardware-in-the-look test.

By building a virtual driving environment, for example, ES International is able to perform extensive tests on all scores, such as the vehicle’s transmission, its ABS system or the effectiveness of the airbags. The driving behaviour as well as any external circumstances (geographical & climatologic) are simulated to perfection. Next, the car’s behaviour is tested at various levels.

To make the driving behaviour more comfortable, our extensive testing also includes the air flow and airco testing under various air and temperature conditions.
Further tests are performed to check the cooperation between the various processes, pressures, measurements and frequencies, using the most sophisticated, customized applications.

Last but not least, ES International & CIT Engineering also provides support for the R&D department and its measuring systems.
